From the first discussions to the installation, everything was excellent. For various reasons, we had several changes of plan from the original idea. Our contact person was always quick to provide us with advice and assistance, addressed our needs, and kept us updated on changes, schedules, and alternative options. The communication was first class and her ideas and knowledge were extremely helpful. Given the bespoke nature of our final order, the production and delivery time was excellent. The fitting team were timely, efficient, highly communicative and friendly. Overall, we are extremely happy with our final product.
